The role of the Operational Department is to ensure that all IMSA programs run smoothly, effectively, and professionally. It serves as an administrator for IMSA's business tools, manages event schedules, and provides technical support requirements. It manages and distributes IMSA zoom accounts for all other departments and provides guidelines for the moderator, host, and streamer.
The Operational Department also develops standards for IMSA programs’ operational procedures.
It consists of three sub-departments:
The Creatives Team creates artwork for various IMSA social media platforms.
The Communication & Social Media Team drafts and publishes articles/posts related to organization news. It also creates communication content on behalf of the organization such as articles, social media posts, and newsletters.
The IT & Web Team manages and maintains IMSA’s current website content and manages IMSA Calendar.
